Do NOT do business with this company!!
Sent over a laptop and 2 phones. When they sent the quote it was extremely lower than the original quote. Tried calling to decline the offer and was literally calling from morning to night. Never got past speaking to their customer service reps. I was constantly being disconnect because they have their phone system to automatically disconnect you after 10 mins. It was the worst experience ever. My advice to anyone who finds themselves in this situation is to file a report the Vegas Better Business Bureau(BBB). I got a call from the company within 48 hours. They of course apologized and then made another offer, which I declined. I told them that I wanted what was quoted to me. Reluctantly they agreed. If you are not persistent and do not follow up and give up, you will be royally screwed. Be persistent! Contact BBB and don't ever do business with them again. If you are reading these complaints to determine whether you will do business with them, re-read my story and DON'T get involved with them.
